The Hoop Culture Strength and Conditioning program is facilitated by qualified Personal Trainers on site in our fully functional gym.  

Strength and Conditioning is now more important than ever for young athletes to cope with the demands placed upon them to perform at an elite level. Our program will compliment their training schedules and provide the tools to enhance movement and achieve optimal levels of sporting performance.

Your program will begin with an initial consultation and performance assessment which will allow us understand your needs and build your program to achieve your desired fitness outcomes. 

Ongoing weekly visits will consolidate your program and allow us to make the necessary changes as your body and fitness needs improve. 

All sessions include a full Initial Consultation and Performance Assessment.

4 Week program. – $300

8 Week Program – $400

12 Week Program – $600
